Job summary

Fin in Ireland is seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business for Intercom. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach across mid-market customers.

You will forecast revenue, stay current on product changes, tailor demos to client needs, mentor peers, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to accelerate enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Spoken French at business level.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Intercom across the Mid-Market segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Provide timely forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
• Create demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in team development and mentoring.
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to global Enterprise growth and drive initiatives.
