Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mid-Market AI Business Partner to engage with senior leaders at large enterprises, guiding AI transformation discussions that link data strategy to measurable business value.

In this strategic advisory role you'll own early to mid-sales cycle, perform deep discovery, and shape account strategy, partnering with Account Directors to identify high-impact AI opportunities and ensure high-quality opportunities reach the right owners.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong English proficiency (C1) with exceptional communication.
• 3+ years in tech sales, inside sales or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Shape account strategy and map complex organizations and stakeholders.
• Uncover root problems and connect AI capabilities to business value.
• Collaborate with Account Directors on planning, research, and meeting prep.
• Own qualification and handoff to ensure high-quality opportunities.
