Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks an intellectually curious Mid-Market AI Business Partner to engage senior leaders in high-value conversations around AI transformation, data strategy and business value creation. This is a strategic discovery and advisory role that shapes early executive dialogue and identifies AI use cases to unlock business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving cert or equivalent).
• English C1 and French C1.
• Minimum 1-2 years' B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years' experience in tech sales, inside sales, or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).
• Strong background in Account Planning and Development.
• Background in AI, data, SaaS or digital transformation preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Professional presence to face executive levels.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations (c-suite/c-1) with clear, confident, consultative communication.
• Shape account strategy, mapping complex organisations and stakeholders.
• Act as a thought partner through deep, structured discovery to uncover root problems and connect tech to business value.
• Partner with Account Directors on planning, development, research, and meeting preparation; identify opportunities and build strategic hypotheses on AI value.
• Own qualification and handoff, ensuring Account Directors receive high-quality opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity records.
• Continuously build AI and market expertise; stay current on AI and SaaS trends.
