Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a Mid-Market AI Business Partner to engage senior leaders in high-value, consultative conversations around AI transformation, data strategy, and business value creation. You will own early to mid-sales cycles, prospecting, account mapping, and warm handoffs, facing executives up to the C‑level with clear storytelling.

The role emphasizes deep discovery, technical competency, and a passion for applying AI and SaaS to real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English at C1 level.
• Minimum 1–2 years' B2B sales experience.
• Native or near-native English with exceptional communication skills, and a Nordic language preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in tech sales, inside sales, or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).
• Strong background in Account Planning and Development.
• Curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Background in AI, data, SaaS or digital transformation preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations (c-1).
• Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders with clear, confident, and consultative communication.
• Shape account strategy, including mapping complex organisations and stakeholders.
• Act as a thought partner through deep, structured discovery to uncover root business problems and connect technology to business value.
• Partner with Account Directors on account planning, development, research, and meeting preparation.
• Identify opportunities and build strategic hypotheses on where AI can deliver value.
• Own qualification and handoff, ensuring high-quality opportunities for Account Directors.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity records.
• Continuously build AI and market expertise and stay current on trends.
