Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a Mid-Market AI Business Partner (German-speaking) to engage senior leaders in high-value AI transformation discussions. You’ll shape early-stage executive dialogue, influence account strategy, and identify where AI unlocks business value.

This role focuses on quality over quantity, driving well-researched conversations with C-suite stakeholders. You will own the early to mid-sales cycle, perform targeted account research, and hand off opportunities to Account

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English & German with exceptional communication skills.
• 3+ years’ experience in tech sales, inside sales, or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years' B2B sales experience required
• A strong background/experience with Account Planning and Development
• Strong technical competency, curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Exceptional storytelling & communication skills
• Detail-oriented, research-driven, and experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach.
• Lead executive level discovery conversations (c-suite/c-1). Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders with clear, confident, and consultative communication.
• Shape account strategy, not just pipeline. This includes mapping complex organisations and stakeholders.
• Act as a thought partner to mid-market customers through driving deep, structured discovery to uncover root business problems.
• Partner closely with Account Directors on account planning & development, research, and meeting preparation.
• Own qualification and handoff, ensuring Account Directors receive well-defined, high-quality opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity records.
• Continuously build AI & market expertise. Stay current on AI, SaaS, and market trends.
