Job summary

CHI is seeking a full-time, permanent Member Services Advisor to join our Contact Centre within our Asset Management & Property Services division. The role is based on site in our Blanchardstown Office, Generali Building, Dublin 15, with hybrid work and 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

You will take inbound calls from members, assist with repairs and housing queries, and log interactions in the CRM, coordinating with Regional Asset Management Teams and contractors for timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an office team environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound member calls and log interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with Regional Asset Management Teams and contractors on follow-ups.
• Process queries via emails and the CHI webchat; manage repairs and tenancy requests.
• Generate work orders and input invoices in Castleton CRM.
• Maintain documentation and ensure GDPR compliance in records.
• Uphold high standards of member service per the Charter.
