Job summary

Co-operative Housing Ireland in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, is seeking a full-time Member Services Advisor for its Contact Centre within AMPS. The role is based on-site with hybrid work, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, handling inbound member calls about repairs or queries and delivering friendly service.

You will log interactions in the Castleton CRM, coordinate with regional teams, process invoices, and support GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound member contacts and administrative tasks.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system.
• Manage queries via emails and webchat.
• Coordinate with regional teams for follow-up on repairs, rents, tenancy.
• Create work orders and process invoices in Castleton CRM.
• Distribute communications to members and maintain documentation.
• Ensure GDPR information is correctly logged in the CRM.
