Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to support customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. The role offers a fixed roster, 35 hours per week with flexible shifts, and a transition to a hybrid model after training.

Training occurs on-site in Athlone, with potential start around 16 November 2026. You’ll handle vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and coordinate with our trusted network to ensure swift service while maintaining high standards of customer care and

Qualifications

• Manage operations while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
