Job summary

AXA Partners in Athlone is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to support customers and partners with emergency vehicle and home assistance. You will work a set roster of 26.25 hours per week from 5pm to 12am, with on-site training in Athlone for four weeks, and a path to hybrid work after your probation.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to handle challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve conflicts under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional assistance to customers in vehicle breakdowns and home emergencies.
• Coordinate with network of suppliers across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
• Guide customers and partners clearly through challenging situations.
• Manage operations ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Keep records and follow up to ensure satisfaction and service improvement.
