Job summary

AXA Partners in Athlone is hiring a part-time Customer Service Advisor to provide compassionate support to customers and partners across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. You’ll handle enquiries during 9am–7pm with a set roster and 23.5 hours per week, with induction training on-site for four weeks. After training, a hybrid model may be available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and home emergencies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners to guide them through challenging situations.
• Keep detailed records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvement.
