Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to join its Dublin office to advise on M&A, fundraising and related activities.

You will work on supporting public market clients with IPOs, buybacks, takeovers and other advisory transactions while developing robust financial models and advanced valuation methods.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant and/or CFA with 3-5 years' experience.
• Experienced in financial modelling, corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or investment banking.
• Excellent communicator with a strong commercial acumen and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a boutique Corporate Finance/Investment Banking firm, is currently seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to join its team, primarily to advise clients in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions, fundraising and related activities.

Key responsibilities will include:
