• Right to work in Ireland/EU required.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality for the hotel.
• Carry out two audits per shift to ensure LHQA.
• Complete handover at start/end of shift and fill Guest Relations Handover report.
• Ensure department managers act on guest feedback promptly.
• Communicate VIP arrivals to all departments and greet VIP guests on arrival.
• Inspect VIP rooms for Brand/LQA standards and arrange amenities.
• Prepare VIP amenities and welcome cards for rooms via In Room Dining.
• Cover MOD shifts.
• Respond to guest feedback and surveys within 24 hours.
• Address guest complaints and prevent recurrences.
• Manage VIP requests and update MOD gameplan.
