• 1+ year of experience in current position.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Handle SPA bookings via phone and email per QA standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and process payments.
• Maintain SPA reception area, stock levels, and display products.
• Upsell spa treatments and process gift vouchers.
• Liaise with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Open/close SPA per standards and handover.
• Train new starters and participate in ongoing training.
