Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a Receptionist to join the Front Office team in Dublin. You will contribute to delivering exceptional guest service and uphold the hotel’s high standards of luxury and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the hotel achieves Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered to guests.
• Maintain understanding of the Hotel's Vision & Mission as communicated to the team.
• Keep areas of responsibility clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists adhered to.
• Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure ambience in departments (lights, music, temperature) is controlled.
• Be vigilant throughout the hotel to promote security.
• Have strong product knowledge of all hotel areas.
• Accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to guests and maintain team flexibility.
• Provide support where necessary in other hotel areas.
• Comply with the hotel's cash handling procedure.
