You will manage guest reservations, provide hotel facilities details, offer Best Available Rates for preferred dates and room types, and maintain a high level of attention to detail while delivering outstanding guest service.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, possess strong customer care skills, be highly organized, and comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in English – written and oral.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a priority.
• Knowledge of third-party websites is desirable.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident and a clear communicator.

Aufgaben

• Manage Guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
• Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room @types available.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with OPERA is preferable.
