Job summary

The O'Callaghan Collection, a design-led family-owned group of luxury boutique hotels in Dublin city centre, is seeking an experienced reservations professional. You will manage guest bookings, provide facility details, and offer competitive rates while delivering a high standard of personalised service.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with priority given to Opera PMS experience and knowledge of third-party sites.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English written and oral.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a priority.
• Knowledge of third-party websites is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Confident and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage guests' reservations, ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner.
• Provide details of hotel facilities and offer Best Available Rates for guests' preferred dates and room types.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail in every interaction.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.

• Manage Guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
• Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room @types available.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with OPERA is preferable.
