O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead competitor pricing and forecasting across two hotels. You will work with CRS/PMS and OTA channels to ensure accurate rate loading and optimal revenue strategy, while guiding the team with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in Opera PMS and related systems. A collaborative, growth-focused approach is essential to deliver exceptional guest value.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and revenue management concepts.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, SynXis, TravelClick or related tools.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead competitor pricing research for rooms, events and services.
• Produce weekly and monthly revenue forecasts for leadership review.
• Coordinate with CRS/PMS and OTA channels to ensure accurate rate loading.
• Monitor pricing decisions and adjust strategies in alignment with market trends.
• Support management meetings with performance reports and insights.
