Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre seeks a Reservations/Guest Services professional to manage guest bookings, share hotel facilities, and present Best Available Rates for preferred dates and room types.

Role requires flawless English, strong customer care, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting. Opera PMS experience is a priority; knowledge of third-party sites is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong customer care skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Experience with Opera PMS is a priority
• Knowledge of third-party websites desirable
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
• Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room types available.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with OPERA is preferable.
