Job summary

Harvey’s Point in Donegal, a leading four-star luxury hotel, invites applications for a General Manager to lead a premium property on Lough Eske. You will oversee operations, guest experience, and strategic performance with full P&L responsibility.

The role requires 3–5 years as GM in luxury hotels, proven revenue and GOP management, and strong leadership. Attractive package includes a 10% bonus, mobile and laptop, and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Requires a third-level degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Hospitality Management or Tourism Management.
• Experience leading a high-end hotel or resort with full P&L accountability.
• Strong IT and property management system skills.

• Balance commercial performance with exceptional guest experience.
