Harvey's Point Hotel in Lough Eske, Donegal, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Food & Beverage Management team and ensure the delivery of high‑quality food and service to guests. This full‑time, on‑site role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and smooth operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
