Harvey's Point Hotel is seeking a welcoming Receptionist/Reservations Agent to join our award-winning team at a luxury lakeside property in Donegal. The role is available as part-time 3 days or full-time hours, offering a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, handling phone reservations, assisting guests, and supporting general reception duties while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor. Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Part-time 3 days or full-time availability.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication.
• Natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience.
• Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Working on rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Experience in revenue management systems desirable.
• Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
• Manage phone reservations and answer queries from customers.
• Provide excellent service, build relationships, anticipate and exceed guests' expectations.
• Take ownership of guests' issues and resolve them promptly.
• Carry out cash handling procedures in line with Company Policy.
• Undertake general office duties (emails, correspondence, filing) for smooth reception operation.
• Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to inform guests.
