Job summary

Harvey's Point Hotel is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily breakfast, lunch and dinner operations. You will lead, motivate and guide front-of-house colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
