Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in central Dublin invites a seasoned Front Desk Manager to lead the guest services team across our luxury hotels. You will oversee check-in/check-out, handle guest requests, and ensure seamless front desk operations with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience at a manager level in a busy hotel.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for service.
• Excellent guest service and people skills.
• Attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to multi-task and help in all hotel areas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible with early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, guest interactions and issue resolution.
• Lead and supervise the front desk team, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Conduct training sessions to elevate service standards.
• Monitor budgets and revenue related to front desk operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
