O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day dining, bar, room service and banquets across its four luxury hotels. You will ensure consistent service quality, uphold health and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership.

You will manage budgets, control costs, develop menus with chefs, recruit and train staff, and foster a positive team culture.
