O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day dining and bar services across multiple venues. You will ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, menu planning, staff recruitment and development, and maintaining health and safety compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality group with 4 Dublin hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service at management level.
• Diploma in Hospitality/ Travel/ Tourism.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and stock controls.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver high service standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
