O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front‑of‑house and kitchen teams across four hotels.

You will drive service quality, training, and health & safety compliance, collaborating with chefs on menu development and promotions to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

Formación

• Experience in Food & Beverage Service is required.
• Hospitality/Travel/Tourism qualification completed.
• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to manage teams and resolve issues.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate food and beverage staff including hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure quality from prep to presentation and health & safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock checks and orders while controlling costs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and complaints.
• Assist budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with chefs on menus and promotions to boost revenue.
