Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience at a similar property.
• Excellent guest service with strong people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Able to multi-task and assist in all hotel areas.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, overseeing schedules, and ensuring proper training for new employees.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas through regular inspections and feedback.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure adequate stock levels and proper usage.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations and maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of cleaning chemicals, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports on housekeeping activities, and collaborate with other departments for efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
