The O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre is seeking a capable Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team across luxury boutique hotels. You will oversee supervision, training, scheduling, and standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years at manager level in a busy hotel.
• Provide superb guest service with excellent people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
• Flexible availability for early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets for cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards with regular inspections.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely turnover.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and eco-friendly practices.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance for efficiency insights.
