Sheen Falls Lodge in Ireland seeks a Breakfast & Afternoon Lounge Manager to lead breakfast and lounge service with a 5* standard, ensuring exceptional guest experience. You will supervise a dedicated team, manage stock, and collaborate with the Restaurant Director on events.

The role requires extensive knowledge of food & beverage at a 5* level, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to staff training and service excellence. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service at a 5* level.
• Previous 5* hotel restaurant experience.
• Attention to standards and detail in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Breakfast and Afternoon Lounge service, room service, and functions.
• Monitor and control breakfast/lounges stocks and break schedules.
• Ensure HACCP protocols and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Director on events and staff development.
• Manage staff workload and maintain high guest satisfaction.
