Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service in a 5* environment.
• 5* hotel/restaurant experience preferred; attention to detail paramount.
• Excellent communicator with focus on customer and staff service and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure breakfast, room service, afternoon lounge, and lunch service standards and delivery.
• Manage breakfast and lounge staff and daily operations.
• Oversee stock, purchasing, and inventory for breakfast items and service areas.
• Lead staff training, development and retention within the department.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Director on events and performance reporting.
• Plan staffing and ensure breaks comply with regulations.
