The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality, with strong food and beverage knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and lounge service.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience across all areas.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Conduct team briefings and prepare colleagues for each service.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Manage stock levels and conduct weekly stocktakes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
