Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge Limited is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Breakfast and Lounge operations within a luxury five-star environment. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee Breakfast, Lounge, Private Dining and Room Service, leading a team to provide warm, intuitive and personalised hospitality while maintaining impeccable standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage supervision within a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service to a five-star standard.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lounge, private dining, function and room service operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of five-star service across all service periods.
• Create memorable guest experiences through warm, professional and personalised hospitality.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and anticipate guest needs.
• Brief and motivate the team before service and ensure staff are aligned with VIPs and events.
• Support the Restaurant Director and Breakfast & AM Lounge Manager to run the department smoothly.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and coach, develop and onboard new team members.
