Job summary

Park Hotel Kenmare, an ultra-luxury Relais & Châteaux property, seeks a senior Front of House Manager to lead Reception, Concierge, Porters, and Night Management, delivering an exemplary five-star guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires refined leadership, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality. You will set service standards, oversee daily operations, and drive excellence across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in ultra-luxury hospitality.
• At least 3-5 years in a senior Front Office leadership position within a five-star hotel.
• Proven track record of managing Reception and Concierge teams in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and service excellence across the hotel.
• Lead front-of-house teams: Reception, Concierge, Porters, Night Management and Duty Management.
• Ensure efficient check-in/check-out and maintain CRM updates.
• Drive upselling initiatives, room upgrades and personalized amenities.
• Maintain brand standards, service rituals and five-star hospitality across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Security and Revenue to deliver cohesive guest experiences.
