Job summary

MCD Productions in Dublin is seeking a Marketing & Campaign Executive for a maternity cover of at least 6 months. You will create and deliver innovative marketing campaigns across music, theatre, comedy, family attractions and exhibitions, working with Promoters, Digital, PR and Creative teams.

You will manage campaigns from concept to delivery, focusing on optimised ticket sales and audience engagement, while coordinating with agencies and in‑house teams to ensure successful promotions.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in the development, delivery and tracking of integrated campaigns.
• A qualification in Marketing (or a similar discipline) advantageous.
• Experience in agency or events business, as Campaign Executive, Account Executive or Planner.
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish media landscape (publishers, broadcast, OOH, digital).
• Budget management experience and evaluating campaign outcomes.
• Familiar with the campaign briefing process and its workflows.
• Strong time management and high attention to detail is imperative.
• Creativity, flexibility, and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• The creation and execution of targeted marketing plans, including concept creation.
• Define campaign objectives and deliver campaigns to optimise ticket sales and show promotion.
• Support Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams with integrated strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and in-house teams to produce compelling campaigns.
• Work with venues, partners to maximise exposure and meet goals.
• Coordinate with PR, Creative, Social and Digital teams across platforms.
• Measure RoI and campaign performance to inform future activations.
• Propose creative recommendations based on audience insights and results.
• Support a dynamic team to meet ambitious timelines and implement integrated strategy.
