Responsibilities

• System Enhancement & Innovation: identify and manage LMS upgrades and integrations.
• Business Consulting & Stakeholder Support: advise Talent & Development and course owners.
• Content & Platform Management: oversee online content and learning resources.
• Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards to measure utilization and impact.
• Project Management: lead learning-technology implementation and migrations.
• System Administration & Operations: administer LMS, data integrity, and access controls.
