Job summary

Barden is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major public-service digital learning programme in Ireland. You will sit at the centre of the initiative, linking platform users with the people building it and shaping what gets built and go-live.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, map today’s processes to tomorrow’s, and ensure traceability from idea to delivery while planning data and content movement and readiness for later phases. Hybrid working in Dublin is available.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in business analysis, including complex public-service programmes.
• Strong requirements traceability and process mapping.
• Experience with data and content migration and user acceptance testing.
• Confident leading stakeholder workshops.
• Practical Jira and Visio experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the baseline and prioritise requirements for a shared learning platform.
• Run stakeholder workshops across a complex public-service environment.
• Map how things work today and how they should work tomorrow.
• Keep every requirement traceable from first idea to delivery.
• Plan how data and content move across, and shape the user acceptance testing that proves it works.
• Support readiness, handover, and planning for later phases.
