Job summary

National Children’s Hospital Ireland (NCHI) is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to lead day-to-day LMS operations and strategic delivery. You will manage configuration, catalogue, and learning pathways while coordinating vendor releases.

Join CHI's Eolas programme to support staff readiness for the new hospital, oversee QA, data quality, and reporting readiness, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in LMS management or a similar role.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience in ICT, digital health or service management is desirable.
• Knowledge of LMS configuration, user/role management, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day LMS operations and strategic direction.
• Manage LMS configuration, catalogue, and learning pathways.
• Coordinate vendor management and release cycles.
• Oversee testing, QA, and data quality.
• Engage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
