Job summary

CarTrawler Dublin is seeking a Talent, Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging digital, live and blended learning experiences. You’ll translate business needs into practical programs, partnering with People teams, managers and subject matter experts to boost performance and organisational capability.

You’ll manage the learning management system, use data and AI-enabled approaches to improve accessibility and scale, and champion on-the-job development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Learning & Development or Talent Development experience.
• Proven ability to design digital, live and blended learning solutions.
• Strong collaboration with leaders, managers and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital, live and blended learning experiences.
• Own learning programmes from scoping to evaluation.
• Collaborate with People teams to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Manage and improve the learning management system using data and AI-enabled approaches.
• Encourage on-the-job development and ownership of learning across the organisation.
