Job summary

TLI Group is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join the growing L&D team in Tralee. Based in our Tralee office, you will design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate professional development initiatives across the organisation, including CPD pathways and leadership programmes.

You will manage development records, partner with external providers and work with stakeholders to build capabilities that drive career progression and business performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent practical experience in professional development, HR, organisational development, business or related discipline.
• Knowledge of professional development principles, pathways, CPD and capability frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple development programmes and managing competing priorities.
• Strong organisational, project coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive and able to drive actions through to completion while ensuring data protection and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end design and development of professional development solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate programmes and events including schedules, facilitators, communications and materials.
• Manage professional development pathways, CPD requirements and leadership development programmes.
• Maintain accurate development records including qualifications, CPD history and progression status.
• Research and manage external development partners and procurement processes; monitor value for money.
• Collaborate with managers and subject-matter experts to identify development needs and actions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives using feedback and performance data; drive improvements.
• Promote development opportunities and provide guidance on career pathways and CPD planning.
• Keep up to date with best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of offerings.
