Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Cork is seeking an Learning and Development Coordinator to support the rollout and coordination of People Development programmes across the organisation. The role focuses on administering the LMS, coordinating training, and enabling effective learning across all levels.

You will work with HR colleagues to drive engagement with digital learning resources like LinkedIn Learning, maintain training records, and produce reports to support compliance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in an L&D Coordinator role.
• HR degree or business-related degree required.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring training records are accurate, up-to-date and compliant.
• Coordinate training and development programmes across all levels of the organisation.
• Support employees and managers with LMS queries and enrolments.
• Promote employee engagement with LinkedIn Learning and other digital learning resources.
• Monitor mandatory and compliance training and follow up as required.
• Produce regular training reports and learning metrics.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and induction training administration.
• Coordinate external training providers and certification requirements.
• Support implementation of new learning initiatives and system enhancements.
