2+ years in lead generation, customer service or marketing.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and set appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to generate opportunities.
Initiate lead/demand generation strategies including inbound/outbound campaigns.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Aim to meet lead generation and appointment quotas.
