Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a hands-on Head of Lead Generation based in Ireland to build and scale outbound operations. You will focus on B2B cold calling, coaching a team, and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency in a fully remote setup.

You will manage day-to-day outbound activities, develop strategies, and expand channels like LinkedIn, cold emailing, and paid ads, while monitoring KPIs to meet targets. A proactive leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of practical experience in cold calling.
• Experience in B2B customer acquisition and outbound sales.
• Experience leading, training, and coaching sales or cold-calling teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and a process-oriented mindset; experience with AI tools in sales.
• Ideally experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and paid advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach; excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Lead, train, and coach the cold-calling team, supporting new team members and improving overall call quality and performance.
• Develop and refine the lead generation strategy, establish clear objectives, and optimize existing workflows.
• Manage and expand outbound channels, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and paid advertising.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive target achievement.
• Create and maintain call scripts, operating standards, and best practices; leverage AI tools to streamline processes.
