Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to fuel our AI+CRM led growth. You will identify inbound opportunities, engage via phone and email, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or Masters) degree as listed in the posting.
• Fluency in Ukrainian OR Russian plus English (C2).
• 1–2 years business experience; software sales a plus.
• Team player capable of working in a high energy sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and ambitious with a desire to sell.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profiling the account and overcoming prospect objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner as the first contact.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture opportunities.
• Maintain active communication with leads by sending targeted materials monthly.
