Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Pipeline Development Executive (Lead Generator) in Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities into booked appointments for the sales team.

You will work closely with Marketing & Sales to build a strong pipeline and drive outbound and inbound campaigns. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in lead generation or marketing, are proactive communicators, and comfortable in tele-sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Lead Generation, Customer Service or Marketing.
• Proven track record achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and setting appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to generate lead opportunities.
• Execute lead/demand generation strategies including inbound/outbound campaigns; provide regular activity reports.
• Communicate the value of the DeterTech solution and maintain professional interactions.

What’s expected of you: DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Pipeline Development Executive (Lead Generator) to join our growing team.

Our Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities to our sales teams as well-scoped booked appointments.
The successful candidate will be proactive and a clear communicator, comfortable in a telesales role.
You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer’s needs, timelines, and buying triggers.
Have a drive to continually build your understanding of markets, solutions, and use that knowledge to improve the quality of your conversations and qualification.
Working closely with Marketing & Sales, using data, insight, and structured qualification to build pipeline.
You’ll also represent DeterTech professionally in every interaction, managing conversations with credibility and care.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team.
• Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and customer success to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
• Effectively communicate and present the DeterTech solution and value proposition to customers Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently Developing and maintaining strong relationships .
• Achieving lead generator appointment and conversion quotas.

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience within Lead Generation, Customer Service and or Marketing role.
• Proven track record achieving targets.
• Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
• Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite
