Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment representation is seeking an L&D Specialist to lead programme development, manage the LMS, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective training for the business. You will develop content for classroom and digital environments and enhance reporting to support informed management decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a dedicated L&D role.
• Proven experience developing training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of learning technology and content development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training programmes and content for both classroom and digital environments.
• Lead LMS management and reporting to inform management decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver effective training solutions.
