Job summary

You will coordinate and deliver learning initiatives, including onboarding, workshops and leadership development, to enhance performance and customer experience.

The role involves creating engaging content for classroom and digital learning, administering the LMS, tracking completion, and providing reports to measure engagement.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience developing programmes and digital learning resources.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders and manage delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning initiatives from start to finish.
• Create engaging content for classroom and digital formats.
• Administer the LMS, track completion, and prepare reports.
• Liaise with facilitators and key stakeholders to meet business needs.
