Job summary

ICE Jobs in Galway is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, measure and improve learning across the group. You will work with managers, advisers and support teams to identify development needs and create practical learning solutions that support competence, compliance and career progression.

You will update the training library, oversee budgeting, and use authorised AI tools to enhance content development and assessment design, subject to governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in Life, Pensions and Investments in training, coaching or adviser-development roles.
• Experience preparing and delivering training for regulated financial services audiences.
• Experience maintaining CPD, qualification or training-completion records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis across advisers, staff and management.
• Analyse output from surveys, feedback, compliance monitoring and strategic initiatives.
• Develop training programmes internally or with external providers.
• Design post-programme tools for attendees and line managers to support workplace application.
