Job summary

TLI Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to plan, coordinate and evaluate training across the organisation. You will work with managers, subject-matter experts and providers to schedule activities, manage records and administer the LMS.

The role focuses on ensuring staff have the knowledge and qualifications to perform safely and develop their careers, with emphasis on compliance, onboarding and professional development.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent practical experience in learning and development, training administration, human resources, education or a related discipline.
• Experience using an LMS and maintaining accurate training records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate professional and operational training from request through completion, including schedules, venues, facilitators, participant communications, materials, attendance and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the annual training calendar and support delivery of mandatory, compliance, safety, technical, onboarding, professional development, CPD and leadership programmes.
• Work with operational managers, functional leaders and subject‑matter experts to confirm role-based training needs, priorities, learner groups and suitable delivery methods.
• Administer the LMS and related systems, including course set‑up, enrollments, completions, learning content, assessments, reports and user support.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee training records, including attendance, qualifications, certifications, expiry dates, renewals, CPD history and role‑specific requirements.
• Monitor mandatory and operational training compliance, identify gaps or upcoming expires, and provide timely reports and reminders to employees and managers.
• Coordinate external training providers, quotations, purchase processes and course logistics, and monitor quality, service, learner feedback and value for money.
• Support the preparation and continuous improvement of learning materials, guides, communications and blended learning resources.
