Job summary

Children’s Health Ireland is seeking a Talent Learning & Development Business Partner to shape, deliver, and embed a high-performance learning culture across the organization. You will lead the TL&D team and manage the LMS, ensuring governance and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, Education & Training, Learning & Development, or other areas relevant to this role.
• Minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience working in a HR, Learning & Development, Education or Training role.
• Experience managing a team across a variety of different TL&D areas.

Responsibilities

• Shape, deliver, and embed a high-performance learning culture across CHI.
• Lead LMS governance, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Oversee learning delivery methods (classroom, virtual, e-learning, blended) and mandatory/compliance training.
• Provide reporting and continuous improvement for TL&D activities.
