Job summary

Corrib Oil’s Castlebar service station in Castlebar, Mayo, is seeking a Full-Time Zambrero Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, manage stock, and ensure high-quality, safe food service in line with HACCP standards. The role involves rostering, staff oversight, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and commitment to customer service.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• HACCP knowledge of food safety required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations under Site Manager guidance.
• Prepare food to high quality standards and manage stock inventory.
• Prepare meals, manage rostering to meet sales targets and costs.
• Serve food with exceptional customer service throughout the department.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety are priority.
• Oversee labour, stock control, ordering, and margins per procedures.
• Schedule staff rotas and ensure budget coverage.
• Promote Corrib Oil/Zambrero Loyalty programme and keep promotions up to date.
• Train staff to company policies and best practices.
• Support and assist Environmental Health Officers during inspections.
